Touch Another Life is the theme that came out of a conversation with a friend of why we are all on
this earth. From that conversation, the soul stirring song "Touch Another Life" was written and
recorded. The seed planted that night turned into a life dream that became a reality in 2007.
Our Founder and President, David Carlton, who also serves on the Board of Directors, brings over
35 years in community service to Touch Another Life. David and his beloved, late sister Donna
were raised to give back for all their many blessings in life. David has made a commitment to
dedicating his life to honor that request from his parents. David is responsible for manifesting our
vision and directing the daily operations that support Touch Another Life's many core programs.
LindaMarie Kot - Vice President
Ms. Kot has 13 years experience as a Commercial Real Estate broker / agent, working for Brigantine
Realty in Brigantine, New Jersey. For the last 7 years Ms Kot has been serving as CEO of Liberty
Realty. Prior to her Real Estate experience, Ms. Kot worked in the hospitality service industry in a
high profile management position.
Richard E. Hubert Jr. – Secretary Treasurer
Mr. Hubert, CEO of Cytowest Corporation during the past 8 years, has been serving on TAL’s
Board of Directors and holds the position of Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary since 2007.
He has extensive experience in corporate acquisitions and Real Estate. He is ideally suited for this
position having experience in local, national and international transaction negotiating and consulting.
Another addition Mr. Hubert brings to TAL is an enormous amount of construction and labor
management understanding as he comes from 3 generations of electrical contracting. He has
personally lead projects through completion as an electrical contractor for Toyota, Owens Glass
along with several other multi million dollar projects. These management skills are utilized in the
daily operations of TAL.
Merry Ellen Featherstone serves on the Board of Directors and brings a lifetime of helping others
and inspiring those in need to believe in themselves and dare to reach for their dreams.
